In a Feldenkrais group class or workshop I will verbally guide you through a structured movement sequence devised by Moshe Feldenkrais to give you a richer and fuller repertoire of movement possibilities. You work at your own pace in a spirit of exploration, but within the limits of your own capacity. There is no pressure to perform. As well as the benefit of the work itself you can benefit from the support of other group members.
